One fine day, I had the opportunity to do some photo walk after work. We were given half days every Friday to study for our Azure exam and one fine Friday, I decided to bring my camera and explore parts of Melbourne. I always love Shrine of Remembrance so I started from there. The weather was also lovely that day. I always wanted to visit the Royal Botanical Garden, so it’s a good thing it’s just next to the Shrine. The garden is stunning and very serene! I especially love the lake and the gondola’s idly passing by. ,I would love to visit it again and just sit in the grass with my book. I would also love to take my family and future visitors here and maybe ride in one of the gondolas. It's also a nice touch that they have buggy's in case you get tired from walking around this massive, beautiful place.
You can get to Shrine of Remembrance by taking any tram (except tram#1) from Flinders Station (going to St. Kilda Road) or CBD (along Swanston St.). You then alight at the Shrine of Remembrance tram stop.
