We were supposed to visit Sydney beaches on the third day but the weather was a bit cold and the locations seemed far away. We were so lazy and since my Mom is fond of casinos, we decided to visit The Star. She's really not a hard core gambler, usually betting total of $50 is already enough for her. The star is linked to a mall, so me and JJ dined at this open restaurant while we waited for my Mom. Again, the fish and chips did not disappoint. After casino and a full tummy, we strolled around and was surprised to see a dock full of yachts outside. Of course, another opportunity for photo ops. We didn't stayed long though as weather was very cold. Taronga ZooIt is our tradition to go to a zoo or to any kiddie places when travelling with Jermaine. I heard lots of good feedbacks on Taronga Zoo, so we went there the day before we left Australia. We took the bus to Circular Quay and rode a ferry to Taronga Zoo. The zoo is really a must-see for both kids and adults.. They have several open areas where kids can interact with animals like kangaroos. I was excited to see the koalas but they were sleeping and I think people-shy that time. I only managed to see their backs. A short ferry ride to Taronga Zoo... The ferry ride was around 12-15 mins. The Zoo is quite big and we didn't get to see all of the animals (add to the fact that we came so late in the afternoon), but we enjoyed our time there. The AnimalsThis was our last activity before we depart for Singapore. I really can't wait to start my life in this beautiful country. It's now just a matter of months until my big move, and I'm excited already!
